Our team of trial lawyers has first chaired more than 100 jury trials. We have presented an equal number of cases before judges, arbitrators and administrative bodies. We have two members who are regular faculty members for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.

In an ideal world, all cases would resolve without need of a trial. The process is almost always stressful and expensive. We therefore spend time at the inception of a case reviewing the facts, law, and merits of the claims and defenses. We review with our clients the risks and benefits of litigation, and identify pretrial options that may be far better than a trial. We also establish a case management process that permits our clients to revisit alternatives to trial as the facts and issues unfold.

But not every case can be settled or concluded by a pretrial motion. When a trial is necessary, our team is ready. We have the experience to deliver a well-managed, cost-effective, polished presentation to the courtroom. Our trial team knows how to keep the focus of a trial on the merits, and not on the mechanics, to ensure that our clients have their day in court and a successful outcome.
